WHO WE ARE

WHAT WE DO

  • The beginning of any project is where ideas take shape. Our goal is to help you develop scripts and visuals that set the tone for everything ahead. We aim to elevate every project by crafting stories that connect, move, and inspire. Here’s how we help you get there:

CONCEPT EXPLORATION: Explore multiple creative directions and evaluate each against brand goals, audience insight, and production feasibility to find the strongest idea.

RESEARCH: Study references, studies, and visual examples that spark direction.

UNDERSTAND THE BRAND: Align the story with brand voice, history, and identity.

KNOW THE AUDIENCE: Define who we’re speaking to and what drives them.

CRAFT THE STORY: Build concepts with emotional pull; tension, humor, conflict, or heart.

SHAPE THE CHARACTERS: Develop authentic characters who carry the message.

DEFINE THE SETTING: Choose places and moments that heighten emotion and meaning.

VISUAL DEVELOPMENT: Use mood boards to establish how the story should look and feel, including color, light, movement, and pacing that shape its identity.

PRODUCTION FEASIBILITY CHECK: Evaluate creative ideas early to ensure they align with scope, budget, and logistics before moving to production.

CLIENT & AGENCY ALIGNMENT: Keep communication open through clear feedback rounds so creative direction and expectations stay fully aligned.

SCRIPT REFINEMENT: Revise and polish the script through feedback until it’s production-ready.

VOICEOVER & NARRATION: Shape voiceover tone and cadence to complement the visuals and emotional rhythm of the story.

  • Good planning is the single most important factor in delivering a production that runs smoothly. Because no two productions are exactly the same, we customize every plan, scaling it to fit the creative vision, the team, and the budget. Here’s what it might include:

CREATIVE LOCK: Finalizing shooting scripts, breakdowns, storyboards, and shot lists.

BUDGETING: Prioritizing the most essential aspects of the script while aligning with overall resources.

BUSINESS & LEGAL: Managing production insurance, usage agreements, NDAs, 1099s, deal memos, permits, and other details that protect the production.

CREW: Hiring key department heads and building the crew tailored to your project’s needs.

CASTING: Working with agencies or open calls to find the right talent for the role.

LOCATIONS: Scouting, permitting, and technical walkthroughs to ensure every space is production-ready.

WARDROBE & STYLING: Coordinating with stylists, sourcing wardrobe, and prepping looks that align with brand identity and creative vision.

ART DEPARTMENT & PRODUCTION DESIGN: Managing props, set dressing, and design elements that bring the world of the spot to life.

SCHEDULES: Building a detailed shooting schedule that maximizes efficiency while leaving room to craft strong performances and visuals.

EQUIPMENT: Coordinating rentals for cameras, lenses, lighting, grip, and specialty gear.

TRAVEL & LOGISTICS: Flights, hotels, ground transport. When productions require travel, we coordinate every detail so the crew and talent can focus on the work, not the logistics.

CLIENT & AGENCY COMMUNICATION: We establish clear check-ins and approvals throughout pre-production to keep everyone aligned, minimizing surprises and maximizing confidence.

HEALTH & SAFETY: On-site safety plans, COVID compliance (if required), and risk mitigation so production runs smoothly and responsibly.

  • Production is the main event. It’s the place where every idea, plan, and preparation comes to life. It’s choreography in motion: every person, every tool, and every detail working together in real time. When it flows, it’s not just efficient, it’s artful.

ON-SET EXECUTION: With the groundwork in place, our job is to guide production so that the creative vision stays intact while keeping an eye on time, budget, and performance.

DIRECTION & PERFORMANCE: Whether it’s working with actors or interview subjects, we create an environment where people feel comfortable, confident, and able to deliver their best work.

CREW SYNERGY: We build a collaborative, respectful atmosphere that lets every department do what they do best. When everyone feels seen and supported, the work shows it.

ROOM FOR SPONTANEITY: Careful planning gives us the freedom to explore. It could be one more take, a shift in light, or an inspired camera move. The flexibility to catch something unexpected is often where the magic happens.

SET CULTURE: We set the tone for a positive, professional set where communication is clear, respect is mutual, and everyone understands the goal.

CRAFT SERVICES & MEALS: We believe great work comes from well-fed teams. Good food, scheduled breaks, and a humane pace aren’t extras, they’re essential.

SAFETY & SECURITY: From location safety to equipment protocols, we prioritize a secure environment for crew, talent, and property.

TIDY SETS & PROFESSIONALISM: How we carry ourselves on set reflects on the brand. We maintain order, respect the space, and ensure our footprint is as clean as our image.

CALL SHEETS & MAPS: Everyone gets a detailed daily plan and location map so each person knows exactly where to be and when.

CONTINUITY & MONITORING: We track every shot and performance for consistency, ensuring the edit comes together seamlessly later.

CLIENT & AGENCY PRESENCE: We make space for creative partners on set, keeping communication open so everyone feels confident in the process and the results.

POST HANDOFF: Once the shoot wraps, we organize and deliver footage so post-production can begin smoothly and efficiently.

  • Post-production is where all the pieces come together. Every step builds on what came before, balancing creative precision with technical expertise to ensure the finished piece moves people and meets every expectation.

PREP & ORGANIZATION: Ingest, label, and back up all project assets. Footage is synced, organized, and prepped for editing so every take is easy to find.

ASSEMBLY CUT: The first cut stitches together the story according to the script or creative outline. This version focuses on structure, pacing, and capturing the heart of the story.

DIRECTOR REVIEW: The editor and director collaborate to refine story, tone, and rhythm; shaping the footage into a cohesive narrative.

ROUGH CUT: With creative notes implemented, the rough cut begins to feel like the finished film. Music, temp sound, and preliminary graphics may be added to build momentum.

CLIENT PREVIEWS: Clients are invited to review at structured checkpoints, typically defined as major (structural) and minor (detail) rounds of feedback.

REVISIONS: Notes are addressed efficiently while preserving the creative intent. We manage each round carefully to keep post-production on schedule.

PICTURE LOCK: Once the edit is approved, the picture is locked; meaning timing, transitions, and story structure are finalized. From this point, no more editorial changes are made.

GRAPHICS & TITLES: Visual graphics, motion design, and title treatments are developed and refined for timing and clarity.

VFX & COMPOSITING: When visual effects are required, we collaborate with trusted VFX partners to manage the process from start to finish. From subtle cleanup work to complex compositing, we ensure visual fidelity, seamless integration, and clear communication throughout the workflow.

SOUND DESIGN & MIX: Dialogue is cleaned and leveled, sound effects and ambiance are layered, and the mix is balanced for the intended platform.

COLOR CORRECTION & GRADING: We correct color for consistency across shots and then apply a creative grade to establish the final look and tone.

MUSIC & LICENSING: Tracks are composed or licensed, then timed perfectly to the cut; ensuring the music fits the story and is cleared for all intended uses.

FINAL REVIEW: The nearly finished piece is shared for final approvals before delivery. We ensure everything meets brand, technical, and creative standards.

VERSIONS & DELIVERY: Deliverables are exported in multiple formats and aspect ratios as needed. full-length masters, cutdowns, and social variations are all optimized and ready for launch.

ARCHIVE & HANDOFF: All assets, project files, and deliverables are securely archived for future access, ensuring the project’s longevity.
